Many of our friends wonder whether realtors are worth the fees they collect, thinking that they do little more than show you houses and complete some paperwork.

We just bought our first home with Amie, and I can definitively say that Amie is worth it. Firstly, she is always available and prepared. She does extensive research. She also views home buying as a process and has a successful strategy to help her clients navigate that process. If you listen to the guidance she provides, you are much more likely to be successful in your search.

More than that, she is a pleasant person to be around. Our kids genuinely enjoyed going to "Amie's houses", and she was always supportive and understanding throughout the process.

I can say that if we had to buy again, we would definitely work with Amie. More than that, we would and do recommend Amie to absolutely anyone we know in need of a realtor. She is definitely worth it.

Amie was a fantastic resource during our home search and buying process. As first time homebuyers, the process of buying can be daunting but Amie and her team were with us every step of the way helping us to feel confident and informed. Years ago, I met Amie Armstrong while we were each parents volunteering in the Edmonds School District (Maplewood K-8 Co-op). Our roles required or presence for the kids, teachers, as well as to serve the community of families involved.

Amie always delivered the goods with passion and efficiency. When I heard of her career transitioning to Real Estate, I knew she would excell.

As an insider to that arena (17 years as a Mortgage Broker), I know many agents who are held in high esteem do not bring their best 100% of the time. Many get too busy and have trouble reaching out for help. Communication often suffers.

Personal attention is a key ingredient that so many in that industry cannot provide anywhere near to what Amie is so proficient with.

I am so glad we chose Amie to represent us both in the selling of our old home, and the buying of our new home. At the outset she promised to work hard for us, and there's no question that that's just what she did. We wouldn't change a thing, and are so very grateful for how each process (selling and buying) turned out.
