About Amie
Amie is a dedicated real estate professional and entrepreneur with deep roots in Southwest Virginia. Having lived across Southwest and Central Virginia, as well as East Tennessee, Amie brings a wealth of regional knowledge to her work. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in geography from the University of Tennessee—an educational background that has uniquely positioned her to navigate both the people and places of real estate seamlessly.
While at the University of Tennessee, Amie met her husband, Nick, and later returned to Virginia for nearly a decade before settling in the Knoxville area in 2015 with their daughter and puppy dog. Recognizing that her education and professional experience were the perfect foundation for a career in real estate, she transitioned into the industry—first as an administrative assistant and transaction coordinator, building a strong foundation before earning her real estate license in 2019.
Amie quickly excelled, selling $10.2 million in real estate in just her second year as an agent. In 2023, she earned her broker’s license and launched her own brokerage to better serve her community. Less than 18 months later, she expanded, opening a second location to meet growing demand. With a personal commitment to integrity and a passion for real estate, Amie instills these values in her team, embodying their guiding motto, “Humans Over Houses,” which places relationships at the heart of every transaction.
