Our expertise extends throughout the Philadelphia region, including Bucks, Montgomery, Mercer, and Burlington counties, the Lehigh Valley, and surrounding areas.
Our team possesses a wide range of knowledge and specialties, including negotiation, relocation, staging, marketing, online analytics, market research, and community outreach. Our designations include Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Senior Real Estate Specialists (SRES) and we have expertise in relocation, short sales and rentals.
Our services don’t end with settlement– the Team keeps in touch with our clients and continues to offer guidance by providing information about local events, services, and trusted vendors.
As Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award winners for excellent sales performance, the Mary Dwyer Team is in the top half of one percent of all BHHS agents nationwide. As the Operations Manager and Team Co-Leader, Amie focuses on ensuring a seamless transaction for our clients. From marketing listings to managing transactions, Amie and the operations team make sure our clients benefit from the full suite of tools and technology offered by BHHS.
Amie and her husband, John, have two grown children and have lived in Newtown for over 25 years. They previously lived in California and grew up in Texas. Amie has volunteered with a number of local community organizations and currently serves on the Newtown Township Environmental Advisory Committee. She enjoys supporting local environmental and art organizations and spends her free time hiking and traveling to National Parks with her family.
