About Amie

Amie Ferry co-founded Folsom Lake Realty with her husband Mark twenty years ago upon the principles of ethics, hard work, and honesty. Amie started in commercial real estate but moved to the residential side when she realized that she could make a tangible difference in the lives of families and individuals. Since then, she has represented her clients tirelessly with a compassionate spirit and detail-oriented approach.

Amie grew up in San Jose and developed her impeccable work ethic by working on her parents hazelnut farm in Oregon during the summers. Amie has always been close to her family and what attracted her to El Dorado Hills twenty years ago was the friendly, close-knit atmosphere. She wanted to raise her own family in a community, and she wanted to create a community with her business.

When working with Amie, clients quickly notice that she is professional and hard working. Amie has been a top-producing agent for the past 17 consecutive years in a row. She strives for excellence and goes the extra mile in all situations. Her creative thinking style and vast knowledge of the loan process helps her solve any issues that may arise.

Family and community are what drive Amie in every facet of her life. She sits on three different boards and is the President and co-founder of Cycling Development, a non-profit organization that runs multiple high school and jr high school mountain bike teams in the area. The coaching and support these young people receive develop their sportsmanship, self-image, and willpower. Amie is an avid cyclist and runner who loves exploring the outdoors with her family. When she's not outdoors she loves spending quality time with her family, playing board games, reading, and painting.
