I would recommend Amie to anyone! She guided my wife and I through our first home buying experience with skill and patience, and helped us find the HOME OF OUR DREAMS. She is also a uniquely lovely human being to spend the hours of house hunting with. She is an expert listener with vast knowledge about the local real estate market who never once made us feel pressured. When it came time to make an offer, the process was seamless. We felt confident that we were in the best of hands from start to finish.

Years ago, I designed a kitchen for Amie and her family. She was so lovely to work with that when I needed some real estate help recently, I reached out to her. Amie's performance was simply outstanding. She helped us get over the asking price for our house while still presenting a fair market value to the buyers. She did this by using her extensive knowledge of our neighborhood coupled with a well-informed, low-pressure sales attitude that clearly outlined all the risks and benefits. Upon listing, she generated over 15 pre-open house appointments. We never showed at that open-house: the house was sold the day after listing. In addition to the real estate sales, Amie also helped with a brief rent-back period. Most importantly, throughout the process she was respectful, supportive, and informative. We couldn't ask for a better real estate professional!!

The guidance she gave us enabled us to acquire a wonderful home in a tight market, and her advice regarding our previous home enabled us to walk away with the sale we wanted. Amie is also well-connected: the contractor, stager and many other people she led us to were uniformly of excellent quality and great to work with. Amie worked with my family listing and selling our home. Amie gave great advice going into preparation, and good advice when deciding a listing price. She was conservative, which is a lot better than having to come back to the client to lower the price because the price was too high. (My opinion).

We sold our house within days of listing for well over asking. This happened because we followed her advice and she marketed the house really well before it hit the market. Not all agents are created equal.

I can't recommend Amie enough. She was able to put together the perfect offer on the fly, beating out 25 other offers after a very successful open house. She was incredibly responsive and on top of everything, including navigating COVID-related changes and making sure the house was in perfect condition after the seller's rentback period ended. She had excellent recommendations around our new neighborhood and was an absolute delight to work with.
