I can't say enough good things about our realtor agent, Aminah Yassin! She helped us close on our dream house in just 21 days, and we couldn't be happier with her service. Working with Aminah was an absolute pleasure from start to finish.

As first-time home buyers, we were pretty clueless about the whole process, but Aminah was there for us every step of the way. She patiently answered all our questions and made sure we understood everything. Her knowledge and expertise put us at ease and gave us confidence in our decisions.

One thing that really impressed us about Aminah was how available she was. Whenever we had a question or needed to talk something through, she was just a phone call away. We never felt like we were bothering her, and she always made us feel like a priority.

Aminah really took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home. She listened to our preferences and went above and beyond to find properties that matched our needs. Her attention to detail was incredible, and she only showed us houses that she knew we would love.

Aminah Yassin was truly remarkable and exceptional. I have known her for a few years and was very impressed with her level of knowledge on the current renter’s market and her promise to finding me the best apartment in less than a month and the exact price range I was looking for. It was truly a one of a kind experience working with her. Aminah’s responsiveness was incredible and her dedication was impeccable. She was flexible with available showing dates and times and had a smile on her face, constantly reassuring me that we would find exactly what I was looking for and kept such a warm, positive outlook throughout the entirety of the process. Aminah was super helpful through the entire process. I will without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking for a property. It was my first time buying and I felt like I was in really good hands. I basically knew nothing and she walked me through every step- not missing single detail. She took the time to filter through it seemed like a million properties to find the right fit for me. She asked all the right questions to represent me well during the showings and she also came with an already prepared packet of information about the properties. She always responded swiftly and was very helpful when it came down to dropping off checks, signing documents etc. She has relationships already established with eternity’s, home inspectors etc so everything flowed seamlessly. Overall I am very happy in my new place and I cannot thank her enough. 10/10 for me!!

Since I was a first time buyer, I had plenty of questions throughout the whole process and needed more help in understanding specific details. Aminah was able to answer my questions right away as she is very knowledgeable.

Aminah's honesty about the details of properties we visited and her efforts in making sure all parties involved in the process (lender, seller's agent, lawyer, title company, and myself) were on the same page FAR exceeded my expectations. She allowed me to make a decision after providing me a tour and all details of the property and the neighborhood. She was extremely patient throughout the process. NEVER did I feel pushed into deciding faster. When I was unable to look at properties in person, she visited properties herself, and gave me virtual tours.

Thanks to Aminah and her team for providing me with their knowledge about the housing market and Aminah's negotiation skills that helped me obtain an incredible deal on my first home!
