It was a blessing to work with Amir on the purchase of my first multi-unit property! I was already prepared for this to be a stressful process, but Amir made it palatable and even enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable on the process, and constantly advised me on details to pay attention to within the properties.
At one point, I wasn’t sure if I wanted a renovation project. He took the time to show me some examples with possible costs, and even put me in contact with other professionals and people who were going through the process to get as much information as I needed to make a well-informed decision.
