We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Amir. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Amir, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He really helped to take the pressure off of us.
We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Amir walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It only took 37 days from the moment I asked Amir to help me to RENT a place for him to help me become a home OWNER. I was thinking about renting but with wise advice I decided to buy. Amir is very honest, friendly, knowledgeable, smart and knows how to make a deal with people. He convinced the seller to let us see the place before they had an open house because he knew that it was the right house for me. In this market, it clearly was going to sell fast and I probably didn't have any chance if I had to compete with multiple offers. He got so many credits for me from the seller and the lender, even for the smallest repair that showed up on the inspection. The seller didn't want to do the whole repair list, so he got them to agree to a credit towards my closing costs. His team speaks all kinds of languages and they talk to you in your first language which made me much more comfortable and able to understand every single detail. I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. But Amir was professional , personal and honest.
I was supposed to get a credit from the lender, however, at the closing we found out they didn't submit it. Even though my deal was already closed, Amir went out of his way to call the lender over a series of days to get me the check.
Amir explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the closing. This made it really easy to move into Jacksonville in less than 40 days.Thanks you so much Amir. My son and I absolutely LOVE our new home.

There are three principles Amir abides by Honesty, Integrity and Reliability. When we came to Amir we had terminated our contract as we were worried and overwhelmed by the pre-purchase inspection report for a home we really loved with a previous agent. Gladly, we consulted with Amir who was more than capable to renegotiate our terms with his firm and the seller. Amir, ensured our worries and concerns were met and not only exceeded our expectations and requirements. Needless to say, all closing costs paid for by the seller, additional credits in favor over $3,000 and repairs over $5,000 and a whopping 3.8% rate with our lender. A one stop shop, full service reality specialist with the vision, skill set and know how to ensure our needs were met and make our reality dreams a reality!
