If you ever need to buy a house, Amjad is the guy. He wants to help you in any way he can. Very polite and humble. He would always be available to answer any question you might have about the house. Would recommend him every time.

Amjad Ali Abbasi is the best Real Estate agent in Northern Virginia!!

Here is what I noticed: You will have a feeling that he is buying a property for himself (he pointed out every single shortcomings in the property on each visit, which I even didn’t notice, even will warn you of surrounding good or bad community, good or bad schooling system etc.) He will work with you just like a friend or brother not an agent! He was able to stopped me on multiple occasions not to rush in buying property, he told me that he will be available to give me as many property visit as I want to make better decisions. He gave me full access to MLS website to search for properties as I chose to look for online properties by myself. He was able to schedule on average 5 properties visit per day (you can see his dedication for his profession). He answered all my silly questions (a first time home owner would ask). He was able to communicate even after working hours! (He made my life easier with his availability).

I am writing this review because Amjad Ali Abbasi helped me in becoming first time home owner. He would not rush to sell you a property to get his commission because I witnessed if he wanted a commission, he would have not stopped me on multiple occasions saying “do not buy this property, it’s not a good buy”

Amjad was very detailed and respectful through out our home buying process. He answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He put in a lot of time and effort so we could focus on what we needed and wanted and saved us time. He did his best to be available during our availability which made things easier. Thanks to Amjad, the whole process went through very smoothly. It was our first time so we were little nervous but he helped us understand the process by answering all our questions. The best think we like about him was his responsiveness. Whenever we inquired something, he responded promptly. His negotiations skills are also quite impressive as after the home inspection when we found some issues which seller was not willing to fix but Amjad convinced the seller to fixed it for us. Overall great experience and highly recommend Amjad for anyone looking for hassle-free home buying experience.
