It was a pleasure working with Amrit. It is rare to find an agent who is 100% on your side, who focuses on getting you what you need instead of pushing for a sale. Amrit worked with me start to end. I had a tough seller, but Amrit kept pushing to get me the best deal on price, rent back. It was a non- contingent deal, so Amrit used his construction experience in doing his own home inspection. I will definitely use April for any other real estate deals.

Best real estate agent in market. He helped my husband and I built in-law suite and made sure it’s a dream add on like we wanted.
