Amy Amirani

Amy Amirani is graduate Civil Engineer from California State University, Fullerton. after college she started working for a private consulting firm and after a short period of time she moved into public sector. Amy worked for the cities of Hermosa Beach, Irvine and San Juan Capistrano. She became the first women engineer to save as a Public Works Director in both Orange and Los Angeles County, as well as the first women to serve as the president of the Southern California Chapter of the APWA, an engineering member organization. She is also the first women president of the City/County Engineer's Association for the LA county and was named Capistrano Woman of the year.

She founded Civilsource in 2006, specializing in design and project and construction management of projects for local governments and special districts. After 10 years of hard work, contracts with 27 of the 34 cities in Orange County and over 20 contracts in Los Angeles County and staff of nearly 65, she sold the company on 2016.

Her third act is getting involved in Real Estate where her passion lies. With her background in design and construction and her familiarity with government rules and regulation, she will be an asset to this organization. Amy also currently serves as a Board member of the Girls Inc Orange County.
