Amy has been working as an agent since 2013.

Amy and Kevin have been working together for 7+ years at Advantage Coastal Properties. They have decided to take on the adventure of working for themselves and starting a new business adventure in Emerald Isle to continue doing what they love, helping clients buy and sell homes. With Kevin and Amy have a reputation you can count on. They will help make your transaction as seamless as possible and you can count on them to be with you every step of the way. They have more than 17 years experience together in real estate and although Point Realty Group is a new name in the area Amy and Kevin are old names you can count on.

Amy lives in Emerald Isle with her husband Dave and their two children Hannah and Ryan. Amy and her family moved to the Crystal Coast in 2008, when her husband got stationed here with the Marine Corps. They both instantly fell in love with the area and knew right away this is where they would settle down, call home and raise their family.

Amy is great with people and has patience, empathy, and focused listening skills. Having these skills help Amy not only give her best to her clients but to work closely and communicate with the other agents/lenders/attorneys involved in the transaction to help get to the closing table as smoothly as possible. Amy works all over Carteret and Onslow counties. When not selling real estate, she is going to the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, walking her dog, or spending time with her family.
