I met Amy when I was looking for a realtor that would make it easy to find my perfect home. She was referred to me by a realtor I worked with previously and I am grateful for that referral. Amy quickly understood what my perfect home would be and found it for me. At the time I thought that would be my forever home. After 3 years I knew I was eventually moving on to a new location. Amy patiently worked with me for almost a year prior to me informing her it was time to list the house for sale. Amy took the lead and made everything easy for me knowing how busy my schedule was. I deferred to her for all aspects of the listing including the staging of the home for showings. Amy used her personal property to enhance the staging. Her expertise paid off as the house lasted only three days on the competitive local market. I had to move out of state prior to closing and Amy once again took the lead. She is very responsive and reliable. In my most recent experience, I was selling a home as-is after significant derecho damage. In that situation, the realtors get a fixed-rate commission.
