I met Amy when I was looking for a realtor that would make it easy to find my perfect home. She was referred to me by a realtor I worked with previously and I am grateful for that referral. Amy quickly understood what my perfect home would be and found it for me. At the time I thought that would be my forever home. After 3 years I knew I was eventually moving on to a new location. Amy patiently worked with me for almost a year prior to me informing her it was time to list the house for sale. Amy took the lead and made everything easy for me knowing how busy my schedule was. She is very responsive and reliable. In my most recent experience, I was selling a home as-is after significant derecho damage. In that situation, the realtors get a fixed-rate commission.
