Amy is a highly recognized and successful real estate professional who was recently chosen, along with her son Jeremy Bofman to lead the Tampa division of the Bofman Group at Compass Tampa Bay. With over 25 years as a Real Estate Broker, licensed in both Florida and Massachusetts, Amy has been recognized throughout her career for providing world-class real estate representation.

She attributes her success to her market and negotiation expertise, along with her effective property marketing plans. The customized marketing strategy that she creates for each individual property consistently generates the largest buyer pool. Her experience interpreting the trends and forecasting of the local real estate market combined with her years of real estate savvy ensures a smooth and seamless transaction.

Prior to joining Compass, Amy served in several leadership positions as owner of a boutique realty firm in Feather Sound, FL specializing in country club communities and as Asst Manager of a large national real estate brand in St Pete responsible for the day to day operations and growth at their boutique location in Downtown St Petersburg on Beach Drive. While there, Amy was one of the top selling agents, having received the company’s prestigious awards as one of the top 1% of agents worldwide.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her children and grandkids, Morgan horses, movies, reading and traveling to new places.
