We truly hit the jackpot with Deacon as our realtor. From start to finish, he was the definition of attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in our happiness. He navigated every step of the home-buying process with care, clarity, and so much patience — even answering questions way outside the typical scope of his role. He showed up to homes with his iPhone flashlight and a detective-like persona ready to inspect every crevice and give us his honest opinions on the condition of each home!

Through hours of traffic, endless questions, and every little bump in the road, he made us feel completely supported. We never once felt like just a transaction. We were connected with the Carlisle Group through Top Agent Network and it was truly the best decision we ever made to work with them. We had been watching the market for over a year in several neighborhoods and towns, but as first time home buyers, we needed all the help we could get. Amy gracefully educated us on which neighborhoods were in our budget and what types of homes we could expect in each different town. When we still weren’t sure, Amy drove us around pretty much all of Boston for a super day of open houses that she’d expertly curated. In the end, she found us exactly what we were looking for and expertly navigated the bidding process. Both Amy and Maia were true professionals—they answered all of our questions thoroughly and quickly; we often felt like we were their only clients given their level of attentiveness. They were incredibly supportive and encouraging when the process felt overwhelming, but also honest about their opinions, which were always backed up with data. Amy and The Carlise group came highly recommended to us from other satisfied Bruins families. This is our second home sale and purchase with them and we couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Amy works tirelessly to make sure your priorities are met on both ends of the transaction. She and Maia also make you feel like they are as personally invested as you are. Communication was terrific as any questions or concerns we had were responded to and addressed immediately.

This move was challenged by the market in both the selling and purchase location. Our family of five had outgrown the confines of our condo and we wanted a larger home with a yard in a neighborhood close to our present home. The low inventory meant most homes were selling privately in off market purchases. Amy collaborated with other agents who were willing to work with her because she builds strong relationships with other agents and is well respected in her professional community.

On the selling side, we had the pressure of having to sell quickly so we could be in the market as soon as something suitable became available. Amy quickly got our house on the market and advertised locally but also went one step further and surprised us by getting our condo featured in the New York Times with its global exposure. Our home was sold within days of the article being published.

Another example of Amy’s commitment to her clients came when our selling date and purchase date didn’t coincide. They were a month apart so that meant having to find a short-term accommodation for us for those weeks. Amy and Maia alleviated all our stress by finding us a rental close by so there was no complication with the kids still walking to school as usual. If that isn't going above and beyond as a realtor, I don't know what is.

I would highly recommend the Carlisle Group and Amy in particular, as every expectation we had was met and more. Moving is always stressful but having an agent like Amy allows you to focus on your own tasks and leave everything else in her capable hands.

Amy and her team are the best! Amy was the selling agent when we bought our home in the South End several years ago. We were so impressed with how she did the listing, that we did not hesitate to hire her when we were ready to move out of the city. Our realtor Dylan could not have been more patient, kind and professional. He showed us our first property in the fall of 2020 and we just closed in November 2021 having accompanied us to dozens of showings from Eastie to Weymouth. We are first time homebuyers and we honestly don't know how we could have done all this without him. He was always on our side, frank about the pluses and minuses of each place, extremely knowledgable and practical, and is clearly part of a well oiled machine in his team. Dylan was able to negotiate finer points of our closing and we got a great deal in a tough market. One of the best parts of working with Dylan and this group was the access to the professional relationships they've built with trusted partners, once we were ready to purchase everything else fell into place so easily from our inspection to insurance, mortgage paperwork etc. all through recommendations.
