Working with Amy was a great experience. We did our research and believed that she was the agent that had great knowledge of the area that our home was located and would be able to provide potential families to our home and we were not disappointed.

At our initial meeting, she instantly was able to identify our upgrades and offered relevant suggestions. At that meeting, we knew we had the right agent. Throughout the process of selling our home, she was readily available for any questions and concerns that we had.

Upon listing our home, she was so well prepared that we had multiple qualified home buyers with in a day and had a solid offer within 48 hours.

Amy could not have been more helpful throughout the selling process and we will definitely have her as our real estate agent in the future.

Let me start off by saying if you want the best realtor you want Amy Cuny! I really don’t have the slightest idea on where to start because the list of how amazing she is really is very long. Amy made the process of selling our house very easy that it was actually a pleasure to do unlike years past working with big corporate brokers. She pays attention to all the fine details when it comes to selling a home. From years of experience she took a look at our house and had us do and arrange certain things in our home to make it look the best (I really think she is an amazing designer as well) for a buyers perspective. The pictures and videography she had done looked amazing and are very professional. The way Amy puts everything together from pictures, videos, to even the description of the home is top notch and makes it very homey feeling. Our home had numerous calls within the first hour of it being on the market and under contract within 48 hours from being listed. The rest of the process was a breeze from there. She kept us up to speed with every single detail. Thank you so much Amy for everything and always having the best attitude with us and everyone else that acquired about our home. She really is the true definition of a professional real estate agent!

Amy Cuny sold our house in 10 days last summer. She also helped with purchasing our new lot for our new home, which her husband, Ron Cuny is building for us (out third house he has built for us).
