It happened to be on a Holiday weekend, she stopped into an Open House and immediately called me - that this could be the "one" for my daughter who needs a home while she is in grad school. Having noticed she recently sold another unit on our building, we invited her over to chat. As soon as we met her we know she could make it happen. Amy most recently helped me find a tenant for a rental property. I’ve worked with her team in the past on a sale that went well, so I asked her team to help me find a tenant for a rental unit. From the minute I called, her team was responsive and gave me a good idea of where the current rental market was priced at. She was able to schedule multiple showings in a matter of days, and found a suitable tenant in a short period of time. Amy and her team were responsive and were a pleasure to work with.
