We approached Amy a bit hesitant about being able to sell our condo. We had tried two years before with no success. Having noticed she recently sold another unit on our building, we invited her over to chat. As soon as we met her we know she could make it happen. Amy most recently helped me find a tenant for a rental property. I’ve worked with her team in the past on a sale that went well, so I asked her team to help me find a tenant for a rental unit. From the minute I called, her team was responsive and gave me a good idea of where the current rental market was priced at. She was able to schedule multiple showings in a matter of days, and found a suitable tenant in a short period of time. Amy and her team were responsive and were a pleasure to work with.
