Since 2010, Amy has been assisting her clients in growing their financial portfolios in Residential and Commercial Real Estate. Amy's determination, mindfulness, and skills in addressing each individual client's needs with their Real Estate desires have enabled her to successfully close deals for sellers, buyers, and investors in Salt Lake, Utah, Summit, and Weber Counties since then. Amy's specific expertise in real estate ranges from investment properties, 1031 Exchanges, buying, selling, new construction to land, and commercial.

Amy's outstanding credentials and certifications include CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Representative), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), Relocation Specialist, Windermere Outstanding Customer Service Achievement in Sales, and Professionalism awards, along with the Distinguished Service Award from the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.

Amy has been making her clients happy in Salt Lake City for over 25 years. Her negotiating skills became evident at the age of six when she began selling crafts at local fairs and farmer’s markets. In fifth grade, Amy started her own house cleaning business. She has enjoyed a successful career in the beauty industry since 1999, opening and running successful salons and educating other talented hairdressers in Utah. Living and growing up in Utah has given Amy great insight into this amazing state and an inside understanding of individual cities within it. She is a proud mother of three talented sons. In her free time, Amy can be found enjoying nature, scuba diving, traveling, spending time at home in the garden, and with her dog, or giving back to her community by serving on the School Community Council and volunteering for the SLC Marathon.
