She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree at University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Evans's entire family is in real estate and that's really where she got the idea. Her father was in the business for more than fifty years as a broker/owner and developer, two sisters a niece who are working in real estate at Coldwell Banker Realty.
