Amy Floran

Amy Floran began her real estate career in 2015 with University Hospitals Health System of Cleveland, where she honed her skills in the Real Estate Leasing Department. Amy managed lease contracts for over 16 million square feet of space across Northeast Ohio, conducting market data analysis to ensure fair market rent for landlords and tenants. Her role involved negotiating lease agreements with third-party landlords and brokers, including multi-million dollar deals.
This extensive experience in commercial real estate leasing paved the way for Amy to transition into residential real estate as a Realtor in 2018. She is an active member of the Akron Cleveland Association of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Amy holds an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College, where she was recognized as a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
With a strong foundation in market research and a deep understanding of what makes a house feel like home, Amy is committed to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She is a National Commercial Real Estate Advisor (NCREA), Express Offers Certified, and has credentials in REO and Relocation.
