Amy Fritz is a full-time Realtor and broker whose primary commitment is ensuring that buying and selling a home is always a simple, worry-free experience for her clients. As co-leader of the SasserFritz team, Amy's chief responsibilities include demonstrating excellence in a number of critical areas to include market analysis, marketing strategy, dream home search, customer care, and closing procedures.

Amy's team is strategically located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, convenient to Ballantyne, South Park, and Center City. Personally, Amy has been a resident of Mint Hill since 1986. Amy is licensed in both North and South Carolina, and she is a proud graduate of the Allen Tate “Winner’s Edge” professional development program as well as a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association.
