I fell in love with beautiful Southern Illinois in 1993 when I married my husband, Eric Graves—a proud IBEW Local #702 Journeyman Wireman, employed at Southern Illinois Power Cooperative—and made his hometown of Marion, IL, our home. Together, we’ve raised four children here and embraced the vibrant, family-oriented lifestyle of the Heartland.

I invest in it personally and have decades of firsthand experience in building, buying, flipping, selling, owning and managing our E&A Properties, LLC, rentals .
