Amy Guyer is exceptional! We were referred to her by close friends who had a great experience working with her. She was always quick to answer any questions or concerns we may have had being first time buyers. She was always honest and forthright but never pushy. When it came time to sell our home she made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be.Over all our experience working with Amy was superior! Amy was recommended by my sister back in 2019 when my son was looking for a house. Not only did she help that son find a house, but because she did such a terrific job, she has also been the agent for three more family member's purchase. She responded quickly to emails and texts and was always friendly and positive. She arrived early to all of the showings with the patience of Job. Our family has been very fortunate to find such a professional and detail-oriented agent.

Amy is absolutely amazing! She helped my fiancé and I find our first house. She was patient, kind, professional, and honest the entire time. She was able to get us walk through’s at every house we wanted and even agreed to do most of them on weekends due to our crazy work schedules. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions (which were many since it was our first time buying a house). I’m extremely thankful to have found her!

Amy has just been wonderful throughout this entire home buying process! We were moving across country and Amy was always getting us the newest properties to view as soon as they hit the market. If we liked a place, she had us booked to view it ASAP. She helped us figure out what locations we wanted to live in and told us what we needed to know about the area. This was very important, since we were new and knew nothing about the neighborhoods. She was also very promot to answer our calls or texts and was our sounding board for questions and concerns. She made sure we knew what laws were different for this side of the country, so we weren't blindsided by things. We would recommend Amy for anyone's home buying needs!!!

As a first time home buyer I had next to no clue what I was doing. Amy was invaluable in guiding us through the process. She was constantly updating us with listings as they posted and was always able to facilitate a viewing, oftentimes several in one day, and she never made it feel like a burden. Her wealth of knowledge about the local housing market made me feel confident when it came time to make an offer that we were overpaying or being hoodwinked.
