About Amy

Every time Amy helps a client buy or sell a home, she understands that she is walking them through a major life change. Her clients trust her to guide them through this sometimes-stressful process and provide them with the best options available.

Honesty, patience, and one-on-one service – you can expect all these from Amy.

She considers it a requirement of her job to truly know and understand the communities where she sells homes.

That’s why she chooses to base her business in Monroe County, a community where she has lived most of her life.

A graduate of Waterloo High School and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, she does her best to be a part of Southern Illinois communities in every sense.

She is a board member and past president of the Waterloo Chamber of Commerce, and an active member of GLOW – Great Ladies of Waterloo.

Amy is also a parent. She raises her daughter here, so she is fully invested in making sure our community is the best it can be.

She has held her Realtor’s license since 2006 and has been helping clients buy and sell homes as a full-time Realtor since then.

To best serve her clients, she continues to pursue new certifications and education opportunities in her field. She has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and the short sale and foreclosure resource certification.

Also, she is a member of the Illinois Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Realtor Association of Southwestern Illinois.

The most rewarding part of my job is seeing a family that is truly happy in their new home or a client that has found the perfect office for their new business.
