This summer we decided to sell our apartment in in Blacksburg VA. We chose Amy among three realtors, because her answers were most convincing. Few days later Amy visited us and we agreed on the terms of sale and she explained us the process.

Two days later the apartment was advertised and soon (booming market) we got an offer. We accepted the offer and Ms Hudson's team passed our case to Brooks Title.

It took a while to figure out who is doing what in the title company, but it did not affect the result. We closed (as agreed) in August mostly uneventful.

Thanks Ms Hudson and everyone involved in the process.
