I live in the beautiful beach community of San Clemente with my 2 children, Cory and Samantha. I've lived in San Clemente for over 25 years and have been selling real estate in South Orange County since 1998. In 2007, I received my brokers license and opened up my own brokerage, Samcor Real Estate and Investments (named after my children).
