Selling a house is one of the hardest decisions anyone will have to make, especially after having a home for a lifetime but we couldn’t have done it without Amy. With her network and knowledge of the area, she helped us sign a deal in less than a week, and helped navigate the process of moving cross country. She went beyond the job description of an agent because she cares! She is always on call at any hour, understands the emotions and details of such a difficult move, is honest and upfront and is an amazing human being and friend. The realty business is tough but it needs more people like Amy!

I found Amy through researching agents on Zillow. She is personable, knowledgeable and full of energy. You can tell she loves what she does. Amy gave us great advice on making our home more appealing to buyers and we received several offers after only one open house! Our accepted offer was well over our asking price. Although she's very busy, Amy always followed up and stayed in close communication with us. I would definitely recommend her.

Antonietta helped me and my parents find a home for them. Well, she helped me the most! She is an extremely dedicated, fast, and did not stop worker, until she found something. It was an extremely stressful time for me. Because my parents are older and they couldn't look themselves. So I did it alone for a while, then found out about her through someone else on Marketplace. I messaged her, and she got back to me the next day. She is not only a great business woman. She is so much more than that. She is incredibly kind and was 110 invested. She is a people person and has a heart of gold "literally." There were days I was so stressed out and had no one to vent to. Antonietta listened and helped me so much in getting through this process. She did not have to go there on a personal level. And I appreciate her so very much. She put up w a lot from me. Even I was overbearing for myself, so I can't imagine how she held it together so well and so graciously. She is not just a realtor anymore but a friend.. When people are that kind and great at their job and become such a big part of your life for a very stressful time. Its never a goodbye!Good people are hard to find! Amy was amazing to work with. From the first meeting where she evaluated my home and advised what price my home would sell for, throughout the selling process, and to the final closing. She is an experienced, knowledgeable realtor who responded immediately to any queries I had and kept me updated throughout the selling process. She provided suggestions as what needed to be done prior to the sale, marketed the house well, arranged open houses, found suitable buyers and obtained a reasonable selling price towards the high end of the market. She was courteous, professional and made the house selling process seamless and efficient. Plus the added bonus that her business is realty direct so her commissions are lower than other realtors. I would highly endorse and recommend Amy to anyone selling a house in the areas she works in.
