Amy helped us sell our condo in Belmont. She did an outstanding job in a very challenging market. I found Amy on her group’s webpage and decided to call her because I liked her “about me” description. And I’m so glad I did! Within 2 weeks of reaching out -
Amy had our place listed and ready for open houses. The market in summer 2022 was unpredictable and we didn’t know what to expect. But Amy knew how to highlight our property’s value and speak to the nuances of the longterm investment of buying our place. We’re very pleased with how our place sold and it enabled us to get exactly the right next home for our family. Amy always gave us the personal touch with drop by visits, texts of encouragement and informative phone calls. Our toddler loved Amy and still talks about her! Amy also helped us execute a purchase of our new home which is outside of her usual “territory.” She took on helping us navigate the negotiations in an unfamiliar area and drove the 90 mins to help us with all the in-person meetings. We’re so happy we found Amy and would recommend her to anyone. She is tenacious, patient, kind hearted and takes every detail seriously.

Amy is nothing short of amazing! She helped us find our dream home quickly. Amy was able to make the process from pre-approval to close understandable and easy to navigate. We ran into a some issues with financing due to no fault of our own and Amy was able to walk us through the stress of the entire process. Her knowledge of real estate and her ability to calm the stress of the home buying process is exquisite. I was a little unsure about hiring a rental realtor, but Amy defied all my preconceptions. She almost immediately matched me with a great tenant, and has helped make the whole process easy and seamless. She explained all my options, gave me all the pertinent forms, and has helped me in a hundred little ways - really listening to my needs. Amy did an amazing job helping us sell my parents' house. They were both still living when we started the process last summer, and were so impressed by Amy's warmth and caring, as well as her obvious competence and professionalism. In the intervening months my parents moved to assisted living, my mother was hospitalized, developed dementia, then passed away, and then my father was hospitalized and has developed dementia. We lost a buyer, we found an unexpected oil tank, and we had a bad case of burst pipes that we thought ruined the house. Throughout all of these challenges, Amy was there, never wavered, and eventually got the house sold for more than we thought we would get. I cannot say enough good things; you will not go wrong if you work with her.

There are no words to describe how efficient, responsible and proactive Amy is. We were looking for a new place to live and invest. From the beginning, she was prompt to answer all of our questions. She diligently helped us to coordinate all the meetings to see the properties we liked the most.

In the end, we were able to find a place we loved and, even when it was a little bit hard to get it because there were also other offers on the table. She fought for us and guide us through the whole buying process. She was also so sweet and patient with our kid, who always came with us to the showings.

I'm not the kind of person who leaves public reviews, but, I think Amy deserves it. So, if you're looking for a trustable realtor... She is your person!

I was delighted to work with Amy. She's responsive, diligent, and a hard worker. I was worried about selling our home during the winter because it was typically a slow season. However, Amy gave recommendations on staging our home, doing some repairs, and painting. She created a very nice brochure and posted it everywhere! We got so many offers in just a few days that I was astonished. We finally accepted an offer that went beyond what we thought possible.
