I grew up in Tea, SD and still proudly call it home. I live here with my 23 year old son and our two energetic labs. I am surrounded by my parents and siblings, all within a mile of each other. Family and community have always been an important part of my life, and that connection carries into everything I do.
After earning my degree in Sociology from SDSU, I spent 10 years working for Child Protection Services and later managed two salons in Sioux Falls.
