Amy Lam

Amy is a dedicated REALTOR® for both buyers and sellers. She works well under pressure to meet deadlines and accomplish goals. She is an experienced entrepreneur with 20+ years in customer service with an established and proven track record for professional and organizational skills while managing a creative approach to “getting things done”. She is known by her friends and clients to be extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and service-minded with exceptional communication skills. Having lived in the Greater Boston Area her whole life, both buying and selling properties for personal and for investment, she knows and understands the challenges and rewards which is why she takes great pride in helping her clients find the right home!

Amy holds a bachelor of science degree in HRTA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with an independent study in survey and marketing analysis. She is a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR). Amy is also an active member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), Boston Chapter, a nonprofit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities by creating a powerful national voice for housing and real estate professionals. She also served as the Event Director as well as serving on the Board of Directors. Amy has also been actively involved with The Women's Council of Realtors, Greater Boston & Central since 2020 and is currently serving as the 2024 Local President of The Women's Council of Realtors for Greater Boston & Central.

Amy lives in Needham with her family. She loves to be involved with the community and currently sits on the Board for the Needham Council for Arts and Culture.
