Amy Lau is trilingual (English, Chinese, and some French) and moved to Seattle from Hong Kong when she was 8. She translated for her parents and even negotiated for a house on their behalf! Amy attended the University of Washington and Seattle University Law School, where she gained excellent negotiation skills.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Amy spent over 25 years in sales and consulting leadership, working with startups and global enterprises like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco and Salesforce. As a former coach to business owners, she enjoyed building lasting connections where she sought first to deeply understand her client's needs, then co-creating a clear path to overcoming any obstacles in reaching their visions.
