Amy Mabante

Amy is originally from Arizona and comes from a family of residential and commercial contractors and land developers. She earned her B.S. in Accountancy from Arizona State University and worked along with her family developing home sites and custom homes. Amy obtained her realtor’s license in Arizona in order to provide her clients with a more well-rounded service from the first scoop of dirt being moved to handing over the keys. She continues to be a dual-state realtor today. After relocating to Southern California, she has successfully negotiated hundreds of distressed property sales. Amy also has coordinated the closings of over 1,000 transactions in the OC alone. Her relationships with her clients and other realtors have earned her an exceptional reputation of always going beyond for them. To Amy, it's not just about closing another escrow. It's about building long-lasting relationships. It's about making sure her clients have found the right property and that it feels like a home to them.
