We had a wonderful experience working with the Markowski Team. We live outside of Ohio but have to sell our condo in Cincinnati. Jessi was wonderful from start to finish in helping us achieve this task. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us setup the condo for sale while we are thousands of miles away. There were constant communications. She took care of all the appointments and personally oversee the projects. It was above and beyond her call of duty. Our condo was sold at the asking price within 5 days of listing. And the transaction coordination team was great. They keep tract of every step so everything is done in a timely manner. As a Software Programmer by day and Only Fans foot Model by night, it was hard to find a Real Estate Agent who understood my needs since I need room to be able to separate my software project, and having spaces to be able to set up different recording and video streaming area for my fans. We had an unorthodox situation that The Markowski Team helped us navigate. We ended up getting top dollar for our home and also the proper terms for us for residency while we wait for our home to be built. Amy engaged with all brokers and made sure that what we needed as a family was made clear.

Amy also helped us navigate building our new home. She helped us ask questions we would not have thought to ask. As a result our house will be nearly perfect with everything we need as a family.

There are not enough nice things to say about Amy and her team! We are from out-of-state moving to the Cincinnati area and had very narrow windows to look for a home and to make the make things happen. Amy was on point from the first call. The house we ended up purchasing could have slipped from under us if it wasn’t for Amy’s dedication and determination.

We had made a decision late on a Friday and texted her—New Year’s Eve 2021—and she took over from there. By Sunday, we had a conditional acceptance of our offer. What we didn’t know, at the time, was that another family was taking the weekend to get their paperwork in order and went in first thing Monday morning. Fortunately for us, they didn’t have the Markowski team advocating for them.

Throughout the rest of the process, Amy and her team were with us every step of the way—even passed closing (someone on her team was going to take in our garbage bins while we were still out of town)! Who does that?!

I don’t give five-stars to any business often, but I’ve also never been “wowed” like I have been by working with Amy and the Markowski Team. You may miss out on your dream home by working with someone else.

It was not difficult for us to decide on what realtor to use when we were ready to sell our home in Hamilton. We were impressed with Amy Markowski as a realtor when she sold us the property three years ago. She showed the same respect and professionalism representing us as sellers as she did when we were buyers.
Team Markowski with Keller Williams Realty walked us through each step with their knowledge on what it takes to sell a home quickly and for top dollar. The whole process was incredibly easy and stress free due to their attentiveness to every detail from beginning to end. We were especially concerned about selling a house during a pandemic, which was handled with ease due to the efficiency and knowledge needed by Team Markowski during this difficult time.
Our property was listed on a Sunday afternoon and was sold by the following Tuesday evening with 14 showings and 5 offers!! We can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Amy as a buyer and then aa a seller.. With Jessi as the transaction coordinator we were walked through the process and kept up to date on everything , even if it meant having calls at 11pm to walk through the contract! I absolutely loved my time with Amy and her team! She never made me feel rushed and made sure I found the house that I loved and wanted. When I had questions about the area or any of the homes themselves, Amy would always make sure she went above and beyond to either answer the questions or research the answer if she didn’t know. No time during the day (or night) was to late or early for Amy, she was always responsive to my questions and needs right away. Her team is also amazing! I knew that if I had any questions I could reach out to anyone to answer them for me.

There isn't enough praise for Amy Markowski and her team!!! We were in the process of buying our first home and were so nervous and inexperienced about the whole process of home buying. We happen to stumble upon Amy through a listing in Zillow and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE. She was patient and kind with us throughout the whole process, she explained everything to us in detail (sometimes twice) and she was so responsive to our needs.
