You would be hard pressed to find a realtor who matches Amy McBride's knowledge, kindness and drive. I had been living out of the country and decided to return to the US. Thru Zillow and a few other sites, I had contacted several realtors in various regions in preparation of my return. Without doubt, I found Amy to be the most helpful and attentive. While others either took far too long to respond to my emails or ignored my price range, type of house and neighborhood I wanted to look in, Amy continually shined thru. Her speed to get back with me far surpassed any of the other realtors. I soon found myself drawn not only to Ocala but a feeling of comfort in knowing I had found an agent who not only took the time to listen to me but made my daughter and I feel like we were her only clients. Once I returned, Amy had indeed prepared a list of homes that were tailored to my requests. After being a previous homeowner, twice, it was clear this time I found a realtor who cared. Not once did we felt rushed or ignored. I honestly can not say enough positive things about Amy and her professional work ethics. I am a university professor, live in Nebraska, and own several properties. For several months, I also worked with various agents to purchase a house in Ocala. Although I went there a month ago, none of them even got to show me a house. The day before my departure from Ocala, and while feeling highly disappointed, I met and hired Amy as my new agent. In less than a month, and without me even being in Ocala, she had found and helped me negotiate the exact home I was looking for!
