Not using Amy as your agent would be a disservice to you! My family and I recently moved from New York to Suwanee and needed a house to rent. Being so far away it was essential to have the expertise Amy had to offer because we wouldn't be seeing our home until move in day. I have known Amy Norman and her family for a long time. I have used other agents in my life and when I bumpted into Amy a few years ago she told me she was an agent. So, recently I got remarried and my husband and I were blending two homes into one (4 kids total). Amy knew what we were looking for and found us the perfect home. She worked so hard showing us (and our kids) the house, negotiated a very fair buying price and even made closing as smooth as could be. She literally worked so hard! Anytime we had questions (which was daily), she would instantly respond. Other agents I've used took days to reply..not Amy! Not only did she find us our perfect home, but we casually mentioned to her what interest rate we got. She said, call my contact and I can promise you he can save you money. Ok, twist our arms! We called her contact and he was wonderful and saved us an entire percentage (1%)~which on our loan ended up saving us $300/month! She is amazing! It is tough sometimes dealing with friends, so we tried and we could not be happier! In fact, we had Amy recently (2 weeks ago) list our lake house. We already have an offer. We gave the lake house to another agent a year ago and it sat for 9 months!!! Within 2 weeks Amy has really stepped up and got us an offer. Amy sold our home in July 2014 after just one day on the market. She was thorough, professional and attentive. She sold our home at close to asking price. We were impressed with her knowledge of the demographics of our area and her helpfulness. She went over and beyond in customer service and preparing us for closing.
