We watched in amazement as Amy and Jon helped our mother find her new home. Having spent the last 45 years in Middle Georgia, Mom was not only new to the North Metro market, but had never purchased a house by herself. They took the time to not only listen to her needs, but they formed a relationship with her that really put her at ease in what was otherwise a very stressful and emotional undertaking. Where do I begin? Blessed, lucky grateful, that’s a great place to begin...
My husband and I were searching for a second home. Our full time residence is in South Georgia. So I did a little googling, found a nice home and sent an email for more information... I immediately received a phone call saying I was being directed to a local agent...( oh boy) , .well I couldn’t have been much luckier, Amy Pederson called and we talked about what I was looking for - area, price needs, wants must haves ect.. my hurdle (one of many) was I lived 5 hours from where I wanted my new home. Amy was more than flexible, jumped through more hoops worked tirelessly until the wee hours for us for 8 months. (Yes, 8 months - 50+ homes, price points changing, areas changing Covid ect...)
