Amy Pypiak

Hi, my name is Amy Pypiak and I am a 2nd time Charlottean (and here to stay!). I came into real estate from 12 years in corporate retail as a buyer where I managed multi-million dollar businesses. I brought with me a broad knowledge and experience in negotiation, communication, problem solving and leadership skills to help my clients make their best real estate related decisions.

I myself have moved 14 times including 7 states and 11 different cities, 3 of which were corporate relocation. In those moves I have bought and sold 3 homes. I know the stress that comes with moving and I want to help alleviate that stress for you!

When I am not moving (jk), I enjoy spending time with my family, including my 2 beautiful nephews, traveling and taking lots of selfies, relaxing by the water (pool, beach, lake I don’t care!), and watching my beloved Ravens Football.
