Amy was by far the best agent I've ever worked with. She genuinely and whole-heartedly cares about getting you the home you want. And in this market, that is something that is sorely needed. There are no words to describe how far above and beyond she went for us. She was able to get us a showing at a house that hadn't even been listed yet. Because of this, we were able to snag a great deal on a home in a crazy competitive market. Hire Amy. You won't regret it!

Amy Reilly was instrumental to our first home purchase in Oak Park Illinois. My husband and I spoke with her on the phone late on a Sunday afternoon. We saw a listing that we liked, and she made it possible to immediately view the house. The agent was closing the bidding process the next day, and we were fortunate to submit a bid. Amy was key to the process in advising us, this was our first home purchase. She was motivated, accessible, friendly, thoughtful and guided us through the process. Less than 24 hours later our bid was selected and we are now homeowners! We love our new house and the neighborhood. We are so grateful to Amy and everyone she put us in touch with; a phenomenal lawyer, home inspector, financial expert and title company. We could not have done this without her, and hope to see her walking her dog around the neighborhood! She knocked it out of the park for us.

Amy is the best realtor with whom we have ever worked. We had no issues with her or the way she presented her ideas - she is thorough, diligent, and patient enough to explain her strategy in a way that anyone will appreciate and be able to follow along. She's knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for us in all aspects of our sale and purchase. She always told us straight away about any new developments, and didn't ever put off telling us any bad news (one offer backed out, but that was NO PROBLEM because she had organized all of our other great offers and we were able to move on to the next!).

She had a strategy going in and she priced our house to WIN while also setting realistic expectations with us about what might happen in ANY scenario. We bought our home in 2019 and didn't think for a second we'd have a 25+ offer war to win our home that netted us so much in proceeds.

It's also important to mention that we told her "find our current house, just a couple hundred square feet bigger." Not only did she do exactly that, she also got us in for a private viewing before it even hit the MLS so that we were able to make a competitive offer before the masses beat us to it. With Amy's perfect guidance (she never asked us to edit the offer in any way that made us uncomfortable or made us feel like we couldn't meet those terms, and she explained the nuances of each unfamiliar real estate phrase), the sellers accepted within 24 hours and we were writing up and signing a contract the very next day.

I also feel compelled to mention that I have worked in mortgage for just over 11 years, and a lot of people in the business are out to set the highest price or "close on time" so that they receive the best possible commission, but Amy fought for US as her clients. She keeps her buyers' and sellers' interests at the forefront of the transaction, which is so very, very rare in this industry.

We would never dream to look for another realtor. As long as she's in the business, she has ours!
