Amy is a fantastic realtor, and helped us purchase our first home in an extremely challenging and competitive housing market. Amy is responsive, knowledgeable, diligent, and empathetic. Working with her, we got the perfect combination of hustle to give us the leg up on competition and calming, steady energy to keep us sane throughout the process. Amy was ultra responsive and communicative throughout the homebuying process. She was also an excellent representative when working with sellers and went above and beyond to advocate for us. We never felt pressured to make decisions and could trust Amy to weigh in with sound advice when a part of the highly complex homebuying process was unfamiliar to us. Do yourself a favor and go with Amy if you're looking for houses in the DMV. She helped us land our dream home in Columbia, MD and we couldn't have done it without her!

Amy helped me find the perfect house. It felt like she went to the ends of the earth to help me. In the beginning, I was uncertain, scared, and pretty unknowledgeable about the DMV housing market, but she held my hand every step of the way. She was patient, honest, and never minced words. Sometimes I wanted to give up, however, Amy would not let me. Her advice was always golden. I'm amazed that I found a home that is affordable, in a great neighborhood, and beautifully designed. I couldn't have done it without her.

Amy gave excellent representation and held firm when it came time to negotiate my closing cost, house price, and repairs. Amy was in constant communication with my lender as we worked on a loan that would eventually win me a great home in my income bracket. She is the best real estate agent in the Washington, D.C., area. Thank you!

Amy is absolutely AMAZING!! She’s very knowledgeable about the area in terms of neighborhoods, cost and how to get a deal done. She fights for what’s in your best interest and keeps you updated daily, if not hourly! She was tons of fun to work with and made the buying process a joy.
