Amy Sadacca

Born and raised in Maryland, Amy’s real estate career began in 1988 working in Property Management in Columbia, MD. She joined a Maryland home builder and developer in 1989 and sold New Home Construction for 13 years. In 2001, she entered the real estate resale market specializing in residential real estate sales, new construction, and luxury homes. 95% of her business is from past clients and their referrals. She treats every client like her own family and have a continued relationship far past settlement.

Amy is always reachable and helps clients with all aspects of their home purchase and sale. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and provide staging services to help sellers get their homes ready for sale. Her goal is to look out for the best interest of her clients and help them make good solid decisions with the information she shares from her 30+ years of experience in the business.
