Amy stepped up immediately. Within 12 hours of reaching out to her, we were physically looking at properties. Every text and e-mail was responded to promptly making us feel like we were her only priority. Her knowledge of the seller's agent, plus being licensed in both DC and VA made the process much easier. The whole process, in this market, was a roller coaster ride with lots of ups and downs but the communication was a huge help.

Amy is a wonderful agent, worked overtime with us to find a perfect rental. It is a crazy real estate market out there, but she was calm, always answered our calls, emails and texts, and never seemed like we were imposing even when we probably were. We are grateful for her efforts. We needed a rental place very fast due to an expiring lease, and she worked with us diligently, secured the place we wanted and got us in the place in record time.
