We had our property listed for over 18 months with other Real Estate businesses. During the last 5 months and within a two block radius, we watched 3 new homes and 1 older home sell with a ReMax SOLD sign posted. We contacted and listed our property with Agent Amy Shrader/ReMax. In LESS than 40 days our Mobile Home Park SOLD and CLOSED. She is knowledgeable, advertises for a larger marketing area, responds quickly to any question, amicable. We began working with Amy about 5 months ago. The first time I met her, she took us to every house we had expressed interest in viewing. These houses were many miles apart yet she never showed impatience or dismay when we decided not to buy at that point. After all that trouble, she still responded to all my texts, calls, and emails and showed us several more different properties until we found the one we wanted about a month ago. Amy Shrader did it again! We bought our home through Amy in 2014, and we were so blown away by her knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and accommodation that we didn't even consider listing the home with any other agent when the time came to sell.

Having worked with her on the purchase, we had very high expectations for her on the sale. Somehow, she managed to exceed those expectations!

Having renovated the home, we had no idea what to ask in a sale price, and were actually under-valuing our home. We were skeptical when Amy told us to list it at about $25,000 - $30,000 more than we had even hoped to get, but 5 days after the listing went live, Amy called to tell us she had a full price offer. Less than 30 days later, we closed escrow without a wrinkle. We have recommended Amy several times to local folks.

My spouse and I hired Amy for the purchase and, years later, the sale of our home in East Tennessee. She is knowledgeable, assertive, and down-to-earth. She also has a good sense of humor, which makes the potentially stressful event of buying or selling more enjoyable. She also understands the purchase and sale of rural real estate, which can sometimes have issues that are different from urban or suburban real estate. We appreciated her expertise and experience with the local real estate market. When she sold our home, she heavily advertised it online, took great photos, and even used a drone to gather aerial pictures of the property. We received weekly updates on how many viewings our listing received, and she always kept us abreast of important updates and potential buyers. She is also very responsive, often answering emails and texts immediately. We can’t recommend Amy enough and would use her again in a heartbeat!

I previously had my property listed with another agent. After a year, it still hadn't sold and Amy contacted me about listing it. In less than 60 days, we had a contract on it and a short time after that, it closed. Amy has a great marketing plan and goes above and beyond what any other agent does to get a property sold. Amy has been absolutely amazing! My husband and I are not from the area and we were just looking at properties online on our own. I saw a few listings that I liked showing Amy as the realtor and I contacted her. She responded immediately and met us for lunch when we came into town. When my husband and I decided to sell our log home, we knew we needed to find the right agent for the job. We researched local agents in our area, and decided we wanted Amy to list our home. Her experience with other homes like ours, as well as her knowledge and familiarity with our specific location was what impressed us from the beginning. We knew we had several things working against us, (for instance, small sq. footage, remote location, no dishwasher, no garage, just to name a few) so we were prepared to sit on the market for several months while we waited for a buyer. However, Amy got our home under contract in about 6 weeks! Given the fact that other nearby homes around us sat on the market for well over a year, we were extremely happy! Amy utilized every avenue of marketing that she could. Local, out of state, lake property websites, you name it, she did it. I believe that really paid off and made a huge difference. Amy Shrader could not have been more accommodating when we were looking for our rural retirement property. She had helped our daughter and son-in-law find their home (and later sell it!), and they had given a glowing review to us.

Not only was she very quick to respond to emails and texts from us, but the two whole days she spent showing us potential properties (some of it in the rain) were above and beyond our expectations. She listened and understood what we were looking for, and pointed out potential problems like logging traffic, that would have been an issue. We HIGHLY recommend her, whether for buying or selling!
