Amy was referred to us by our family members. As a first-time homebuyer we were not aware of a lot of details, she did an excellent job in guiding us through the entire process patiently.

She collected our requirements and tailored the home's suggestions based on that. She is very responsive and is ready to tour a property immediately (This was very much helpful as in the current market homes go pending quickly).

Having Amy as our agent we felt extremely comfortable, especially in this sellers’ market where we must decide about putting an offer waiving all the contingencies. She is knowledgeable about the market and housing and told us if there are any issues with property.

After the offer was accepted on the home, Amy followed up with all the parties involved through the end to ensure everything was smooth and we were able to close on time.

We are incredibly happy to have Amy representing us. I would recommend Amy for anyone who is looking to buy/sell their homes around the Greater Seattle area.

One of the most important factors in us choosing a realtor is trust and experience. Amy’s wealth of experience and her professional and humble personality enabled us to trust her 100%. We weren’t in the best position to bid competitively which made it seem like it was almost impossible to purchase a home in this crazy housing market. However, Amy knew exactly how to position our offer so that it met the needs of the seller. This meant going above and beyond what we considered the normal duties of a realtor. We felt re-assured that every offer we made, was the best we could put out there. It was a feeling of joy and relief when our offer was accepted on our home due to the quick action Amy took because of her knowledge of the market and her ability to draw information from the seller. We did not hesitate to change our offer based on Amy’s recommendation and I believe because of this, we managed to secure our home! You would think that once we closed, that would be the end of Amy’s role. However, as our house needs a lot of work done, she has been helping us to contact her trusted partners so that we can move in as soon as possible. Even after closing, we have been blessed with trustworthy contractors working efficiently on various jobs around the house. Thanks to Amy, this whole process was and continues to be stress-free! She definitely has your back and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Amy was both my seller and buyer agent in my recent real estate transactions. I love working with Amy and highly recommend her service. She is very professional and super customer centric.

In this extremely competitive market, she was able to help us purchase a house in a prime location with a great price. During the process, she was doing great work communicating with the seller agent and following through the transaction with persistency. She is very knowledgeable about the market trends and able to provide valuable advice on the strategy and the fair price to put an offer. She was super responsive to our questions and requests. We can fully trust her to act on our best interest.

Amy provides full real estate service. When selling our home, she was able to cover the end-to-end process from painting, repair, staging to closure. She works with a group of professionals with high quality and reasonable price. We had very little involvement in the process but were still in a peaceful mind knowing she was taking care of everything. Even during her vacation, she was still actively managing the process to make sure things were moving forward without any delay.

Amy Thompson to us is not a realtor or agent - She is literally a life changer for us! She was able to sell our previous house for the HIGHEST price per sqft around the area, and then get us our DREAM HOUSE with a UNBELIEVABLE good price during this historic crazy housing market!

Having experienced 7 painful offer rejections and countless house hunting trips, a friend recommended me Amy. I have to say that working with Amy is one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.

Her lightning fast speed, rich knowledge, and strong negotiation skills separate her from other agents. She is so fast and responsible - she is able to get us into newly listed houses first multiple times! Anyone who had a painful "dream house went pending while making an offer" experience, would know how much I appreciate Amy’s speed; For every house we entered, she is able to provide detailed good and bad points with real examples, not just the general ones. With her knowledge and experiences, she is able to make offers with great strategies. Finally, she made the listing agent/seller take our offer with an unbelievable good price for our DREAM house with her amazing negotiation skills!

On the listing/seller side, she knows my previous house’s community inside out - its history, common problems, and selling points. She did an incredible job making many buyers really want the house. As a result, the house had a bidding WAR and was sold as the highest price per sqft in the area!

I always think agents/realtor needs to have more levels. If so Amy would definitely be “senior”or “principal” agent. In today's market, an average agent won't work at all. You need an exceptional one. Once you find Amy, you will have the best chance to find and get your dream house - like my wife and I did!

Amy is such an amazing professional. She represented us as we were looking to purchase a house. Since we weren't familiar with the area, Amy let us know all the great schools, cities, and nearby amenities and stores in each area. Throughout the entire process, she kept hearing our feedback on what type of houses we liked, which areas we preferred and helped narrow down to the one we eventually found. She was able to secure our house without any bidding wars during the house-craze! What a steal we got for our house because of Amy. Anytime we saw a house we were interested, Amy would be ready to go and see it, and that's the urgency we needed during this crazy buying period. She even did the little things like making sure we were checking the right things during our walkthrough, what aspects improved re-sale, lesser known homebuying tips. People say the home buying experience is painful, but since we had Amy, I don't know what they're talking about! Ours was a breeze!

From the moment I asked Amy Thompson to sell our condo, I knew I had asked the right person. Her two main goals were to make the sale of our condo as stress free as possible for us and to get the maximum amount from the sale that would allow us to complete the items we had left on our “bucket list.” She listened to our needs and wants and kept them in mind from start to finish.
The goals she focused on meant she would be involved almost daily with us, guiding us every step of the way. She is a “hands on” person and is aware of everything that needs to be done to market the home to obtain maximum value. From the time we signed the listing papers, she advised us on the importance of timing the sale and made a list of things we needed to have done to prepare the condo to sell.
The vendors Amy recommended were very reasonable and did a wonderful job of cleaning and painting the house, pruning and pressure washing the entry area and decks of the condo. She called on her team of experts to stage and photograph the condo for the listing. They were top notch! One of the photos taken of our complex was selected by our Homeowners Association to post on their webpage. Amy works with only the best and because of her success, she is always busy, but she makes you feel like she has all the time in the world for you. She is the consummate professional, and loves working with people, whether helping her clients find the perfect home or getting the best price possible for their home.
We strategized the best time to hold the Open House and when we would review offers. Amy added special signs to highlight various features of the house and listed the upgrades we made. As a result, she was able to sell our condo for the highest price in the history of the complex.
There is no one I would trust more than Amy Thompson when it comes to selling or buying a house. She cares about her clients and works tirelessly to get them what they want. She is not only our realtor but has become a dear friend through this process.

I cant speak highly enough of my experience with Amy Thompson. I was fortunate enough in getting connected with her to help me find a home in an incredibly competitive market, Bellevue WA. I knew my chances were fairly slim and in the back of my mind was already looking to search for a home in surrounding areas like Issaquah or Redmond. Through out the years I've had the experience of working through 4 other real estate transactions and I knew right away when talking to Amy, she was someone i could trust and confident she'd help represent me in purchasing a home. Amy was always focused on answering my questions, giving good advice, and finding homes that met my needs. Fortunately for me, one such home came on the market, and upon touring I knew it was our dream home, as I am sure was for many other folks who viewed it. I also knew that the competition would be fierce for this home. It was the perfect home in every aspect (location, charm, size). The market in general was hot so we needed to act fast. The only problem was that I wasnt ready. There was no loan pre-approval in place. I didnt even have a lender chosen submitted any application. I relied and trusted on Amy to come up with a game plan. We were desperate and put our trust in Amy on what needed to be done. We saw the house on a Friday at about 3 PM. The next day on Saturday at 7 AM we had an offer in place. Amy and I had worked all night. She stayed up with me, contacted lenders. Convinced them to process my application asap. Time was of the essence. I trusted Amy and her plan which she put together, which included comps of homes in the area and at what price we should make the offer. We needed to make a good offer if we didnt want this home to go all the way to review date. If it did, there would have been a bidding war, one which i probably would have lost out on. Amy spent all night with me, making sure I had all my paperwork filled out correctly as well as a real estate 'love' letter addressed to the homeowner. This offer needed to be special if we were going to win this outside of the review day/bidding war. I was surprised my loan pre-approval came within 24 hours. First step was complete. Now the challenging part was presenting this offer to the seller. I trusted Amy and let her work whatever magic she had to talk to the selling agent and seller. On Monday, two days before the the seller was going to review all the other offers, he accepted ours. Mission accomplished! I dont know how Amy did it, but she did. The offer we made after seeing the comps in the area definitely came well under what other homes in the area were going for but still competitive enough for the seller to accept. We couldnt have done this without the market expertise and confidence demonstrated by Amy. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home in a tough market for buyers really paid off. Amy walked me through every step of the closing process and following up with lenders and escrow to make sure my closing date was on time. She is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. I think you'd be hardpressed to find a better broker to represent you whether buying or selling. I now consider Amy a friend and pretty much a part of our extended family as a result of this process. I'll never use another broker/agent and neither should you.

We first worked with Amy when she was acting as the agent for a rental property. We were moving cross-country to Bellevue and we wanted a smooth transition. The rental property had an offer which fell through, and Amy helped us quickly get our application accepted. The owner of the rental had some issues with the property manager, so Amy stepped in to manage repairs to the property.

We were so impressed with Amy from our experience with the rental property, it was an easy decision to choose to work with her when we decided to purchase our new home. We had a pretty wide range of areas and requirements for a house, but Amy was able to find a number of properties that met our needs. Once we had decided on one of them, Amy was able to work with the seller's agent to get an agreement below asking price. Amy then stayed on top of the loan approval and purchasing process and we closed on time despite a reasonably aggressive schedule.

Amy has a very good understanding of the local market. She is friendly and energetic, and she works hard to meet your needs when looking for a new home. We strongly recommend working with Amy when you are looking for an agent.

Amy Thompson did a fantastic job for us despite these unusual coronavirus conditions. We live in Spokane, WA and were planning to move to Seattle to be near our kids and grandkids when the virus hit. At the time we feared that we would have to wait until the crisis was over before we could make the move. Amy helped to change that opinion by presenting us with many properties to examine virtually. She supported us by recommending a reputable lending organization and advising us on the process of buying property in the hot Seattle market. So, we were able to overcome our fear of purchasing a condo without actually seeing it in person. Amy negotiated a reduction in price and, to our delight, it was immediately accepted by the seller. Amy then went the extra mile by ensuring that our new condo was virus-free by wiping down all doorknobs and surfaces in preparation for our first visit. We would gladly recommend her to any prospective buyer/seller. She’s awesome!
