Amy is the person you want in your corner! We ran into some foundation and flooring issues during our inspection, but she fought for us! She answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process as first time home owners!! Amy made it so easy from looking at houses to making an offer! All the way to closing!! Amy jumped into action when we saw the house online. The listing was available for 48 hours only, so she walked us through the process with emails and a video walk through (we live out of state). She helped us put together a contract that would be competitive against the other 5 offers. She was successful in securing this sale. After the sellers accepted she remained in constant contact with us, ordering inspections, and keeping us updated on the progress. The time between our offer and closing was 10 days. Efficient, professional, and vested in her clients, Amy has proven herself to be the consummate realtor.

Amy is the best! I am a real estate investor and have come across my fair share of bad real estate agents (there are a lot!). Amy is excellent at what she does. She’s kind, and she’s friendly, and she listens to her clients, but she is also a killer negotiator and knows how to get things done. She’s represented me on at least 6 separate transactions in the last 2 years (both as a buyer and a seller) and now gets all my business. Amy was just fabulous! I can’t say enough good things really. I was buying remotely and wasn’t even sure what area I wanted to be in. I had her running literally all over Nashville! Amy listened, was honest, always in touch, responded promptly, was on top of everything right away and is just the sweetest thing!!! She even got us a home warranty in the deal on the house we bought, something I hadn’t even thought of! Buying remotely is a little nerve wracking but Amy and the whole company made this an easy process.
If you’re looking for a home in Nashville I cannot recommend her enough!

Amy has been amazing to us during this whole process. We stumbled across her at a baby expo, and not even a week later, she had us out and about looking at homes and getting ideas of what our dream home would be. We are first time home-buyers, so we had no idea what we needed to do to start this whole process. She is always on top of getting us the information we need regarding what we have to provide and what we need to look for to. Within 2 weeks, we were under contract on a house that we fell in love with and she has gone above and beyond to get us in before our baby girl arrives.
