Amy True, a realtor since 2010, produces multi-million-dollar sales annually and is experienced with both residential and commercial properties. She works as both a listing and buying agent and is proficient in aiding clients in difficult situations. She has been successful in helping clients avoid foreclosure by working with lenders and clients during the market decline to successfully aid clients in the renegotiation of their mortgages allowing clients to remain in their homes, and when necessary, helping short-sale properties to aid in financial relief for struggling clients. She formerly volunteered at Columbian Elementary and Bon Air Middle Schools and has also been involved in numerous programs at her church including Youth Group, RCIA, Outreach Program, and Bereavement Meals.
