About Amy

Amy entered the real estate industry because it combines her love of working with people, her passion for Sarasota and the many business strengths she acquired in her successful career endeavors.

She began her professional career in the insurance industry working for Aetna, Inc. in Hartford, CT. Starting as a claims processor, she worked her way up through the ranks and enjoyed positions in health claims as a Team Leader, as a business owner on a systems development team, and a business analyst in the legal department where she developed Aetna’s response to current legislation for their products. Continuing in that field, she was offered a position at CIGNA healthcare, where she was a Claim Manager for one of their large national accounts.

Soon after having children, she became self employed as a health and fitness coach. After achieving her own personal health and physical transformation, it became her passion to help others do the same. She was able to build a successful business reaching people from all over the world. It is still something she is passionate about as she strives to live her best life every day.

With her husband and two kids, Amy moved to Florida in 2015 and absolutely fell in love with Sarasota. They are proud to call it home and have immersed themselves in life here. Beyond work and play, she believes it is important to give back to the community, and volunteers for various organizations, including Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Impact 100 SRQ.
