We are Gary Quaintance and Amy Quaintance Vega, native New Orleanians. Gary has lived in Lakeview for the past 48 years, and Amy is a lifelong resident.

Gary started investing in residential real estate in the 80s and then made the switch to commercial real estate in the 90s. He has extensive knowledge in buying and selling real estate, as well as in residential and commercial construction. Amy dedicated sixteen years to shaping young minds as an elementary school teacher and, in 2021, decided to embark on a new professional journey in the world of real estate.
