I can't recommend Amy Vender Real Estate highly enough. We bought a home from 500 miles away in a sellers market in the middle of the pandemic, which added several degrees of difficulty. Amy and Dave made it look easy. They know the market very well and know how to negotiate. In addition, they've been there for us after the sale with recommendations for tradespeople and handymen. I wouldn't think of using anyone else in Peachtree City to buy or sell a home. Amy and Dave are great people and great at their job.

Amy is professional and responsive as a realtor, from first meeting to the closing table! She met with me before I listed the property to already show me comps in the area and to discuss all of our options. Her interest was in doing what was best for me all throughout the process, showing the highest integrity. After deciding to remodel and clean up some areas, Amy helped me decide which ones would help the marketability of the house the most. She was always available to take my call or to meet me at the property if I had an issue. In addition, she referred contractors that were experienced and responsible. Her staging of the property helped to update and showcase an older home. She knows property and knows how to bring out the best in what you are trying to sell. The property sold quickly and she was always one step ahead with all the details of the contract and closing.

Thank God for Amy. We had to put my mother in law into an assisted living facility. We knew this would require us to sell her house in order to pay her monthly expenses. I have been involved with commercial real estate for years but I had limited experience with residential.
We have known Amy for years and with the questions piling up about what to do about selling someone else’s home we called her. Immediately Amy began to put the puzzle together for us and she went to work as if this was the only thing she had to do. Within days she had answers and plans to get this house on the market.
Once Amy listed the house she called us within days with contracts for us to consider. She stayed with us during the entire process and all the way to the attorneys office for closing.
Amy was tremendous and I cannot recommend her enough. If you are looking for a real estate agent you should not hesitate calling Amy.

Amy Vender is simply superb! She was an absolute joy to work with during our recent home sale in Georgia! She is a no-nonsense professional and absolutely tenacious in representing her clients and their interests.

As we started the process of selling our home, she really did her homework in analyzing the market around us and put together excellent comps that helped us figure out a selling price that was right on the money! She also spent hours with us walking us through the process, determining our goals and expectations, and assisting us in putting together an action plan to help us get our house ready to put on the market. As a matter of fact, Amy’s listing/marketing plan resulted in our house being under contract less than 2 days after listing!

Her abilities to “stage a home” are unmatched; when we moved to Colorado, we looked at a number of homes that had been staged by multiple realtors and none of them could compare with what Amy had done to help sell our house in Georgia. We were frankly shocked at how “unprepared” these houses were and made us that much more appreciative of Amy’s skill and eye for these things.

Real estate transactions can sometimes be a challenge no matter how great the market is. Our initial contract fell through as the initial buyer’s company decided to move his job. Unfazed by this, Amy immediately went to work modifying her strategy to get us back onto the market and had us back under contract in no time!

She served as our realtor during a particularly busy time in her real estate business and she never once allowed that to distract her from focusing on us like a laser beam; she has a knack for somehow giving her best to her clients without making us feel like we were secondary to any other real estate transaction she was working on.

On top of all these things, Amy has amassed a treasure trove of excellent vendor referrals for every imaginable need to prepare your home for sale – home inspectors, electricians, wood floor specialists, carpet cleaning, carpentry, etc. They were all absolutely professional and did superb work at very fair/affordable prices.
