Georgetown is home, not just a market I work in, but the place where I now live again and the place I raised my kids, cheered from the bleachers at basketball games, and built my business from the ground up. I left for a few years, and coming back full time only deepened my appreciation for what makes this community one in which to return.
Working with sellers and working with buyers both require the same approach that runs on four pillars: preparation, promotion, pricing ahead of the market, and positioning. That means we go to market with intention knowing homes that are prepped, polished, and move-in ready enable buyers to visualize the home through their buyer eyes. This means buyers can walk in and start making memories instead of a to-do list.
My process is detailed and deliberate. Every seller deserves honest communication, a home that shows its best, and a strategy that anticipates the market rather than chasing it. Working with buyers is the same, I sit down with you and address my 16 step process, your 4 greatest fears as a buyer, and how it all happens.
I also bring a deeply affirming perspective to every transaction, welcoming clients of all backgrounds, identities, and needs, and paying close attention to how space, light, and environment shape the people who live in them.
